Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Free UK Standard Shipping is available on all orders.

Express UK delivery options are available at checkout for an additional charge.

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside of our control. Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for courier delays.

We may expand shipping to additional territories in the future.

14-Day Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

If you are a UK consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Express delivery charges are non-refundable.

Hygiene and Sealed Products

Our whitening products are oral-use hygiene products.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed, or used.

To qualify for a return under the 14-day cancellation right:

  • Products must be unopened
  • All protective seals must remain intact
  • Packaging must be undamaged

Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We stand behind the performance of our whitening products.

If you complete the full recommended treatment exactly as instructed and do not achieve a visible improvement in tooth shade, you may submit a claim within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The full treatment course must be completed
  • All usage and aftercare instructions must be followed
  • Clear before and after photographs must be provided
  • Excessive exposure to staining substances (including coffee, tea, smoking, or heavily pigmented foods/drinks) during the treatment period must be avoided
  • The claim must relate to your first purchase
  • Only one claim per customer

All claims are reviewed individually. We reserve the right to request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess a claim.

Where no visible improvement is demonstrated following correct use, we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

You may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Return Address

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address via email. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
