Is UK shipping free?

How long does delivery take?
- Our Express Delivery if ordered by 4pm aims to deliver your order within 24 hours from dispatch.
- Our Standard Delivery service aims to deliver your order within 3 working days from dispatch.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Can I change or cancel my order?

What happens if i entered the wrong address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn’t already been processed by our team.

What is your 14-day cancellation policy?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition due to hygiene reasons.
Can I return opened products?
Due to the nature of oral-use hygiene products, opened or unsealed items cannot be returned unless faulty.
What is the EverBlanc Satisfaction Guarantee?
If you complete the full recommended treatment exactly as instructed and do not see a visible improvement in tooth shade, you may submit a claim within 30 days of delivery.
What qualifies for a Satisfaction Guarantee claim?
To qualify:
- The full treatment must be completed.
- All instructions must be followed.
- Excessive exposure to staining substances should be avoided during treatment.
- Clear before and after photos must be provided.
- The claim must relate to your first purchase.
How do I submit a Satisfaction Guarantee claim?

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
