9. Delivery, Cancellation, Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee

9.1 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

9.2 Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Subject to clause 9.1, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Any express delivery charges paid are non-refundable.

9.3 Hygiene and Health Protection Exception

Due to the hygienic and oral-use nature of our whitening products, the right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods, which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Accordingly:

Products must be unopened and unused.
All protective seals and outer packaging must remain intact.
Opened, unsealed, or used products cannot be returned under the 14-day cancellation right unless they are faulty.

9.4 EverBlanc® Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the performance of our whitening products.

If you complete the full recommended treatment course exactly as instructed and do not achieve a visible improvement in tooth shade, you may submit a claim within 30 days of delivery under the Satisfaction Guarantee.

To qualify:

The full treatment course must be completed.
All usage instructions and aftercare guidance must be followed.
You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Clear before and after photographs must be provided, taken in comparable lighting conditions.
Excessive exposure to staining substances during the treatment period (including but not limited to coffee, tea, smoking, or heavily pigmented foods/drinks) must have been avoided.
The claim must relate to your first purchase of an EverBlanc® whitening treatment product.
Only one claim per customer is permitted.

All claims are reviewed individually. We reserve the right to request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess a claim. Where no visible improvement is reasonably demonstrated following correct use, we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

9.5 Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

10. Content posted by you

We may provide various open communication tools on our website, such as blog comments, blog posts, forums, message boards, ratings and reviews, and various social media services. It might not be feasible for us to screen or monitor all content that you or others may share or submit on or through our website.
